Turn a completed screen into a requirements brief.
This page converts a valid Explorer scenario into a local procurement and study handoff. It requires project-specific engineering, utility, financial, legal, and procurement review to confirm equipment choices, contractor scope, financing structure, and investment decisions. Start in the Explorer, resolve the required site and energy inputs, and then follow its handoff link so the brief can recompute the same scenario against the current source set.
What the brief carries forward
The output records the municipality, annual or monthly electricity use, usable area or target capacity, site type, tariff and export treatment, cost evidence, storage duty, commercial tax inputs, confidence labels, source identifiers, and suppressed results. A finance choice is included as context only: debt costs, lender terms, PPA pricing, and accounting treatment are never invented. The cash-flow screen remains a fixed 25-year planning view, and every missing claim stays visibly unavailable.

Privacy boundary and sample preview
The scenario travels in a typed URL allowlist that excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, and arbitrary tariff text. The browser validates the handoff and generates Markdown or print output locally. Entering an email unlocks those local exports without transmission when no approved endpoint is configured. If a separately reviewed same-origin access endpoint is configured later, the form says so and sends only the stated consent payload with no referrer. Newsletter consent remains separate and optional.

Keep source state with the handoff
Each brief carries the source identifiers, verification dates, confidence labels, and calculation notes used by the current screen. Open the linked official source again when a tariff, tax rule, program, or utility requirement could have changed. If a source is under review or an input is missing, the dependent result remains suppressed and becomes a named study question. A later reviewer can then distinguish an official rule, an owner-declared input, a calculated range, and an unknown field without reconstructing the screen from a screenshot. Keep the generated date and source register with every vendor response so exceptions are compared against the same evidence state.
