Current data flow

Enerwav has no analytics, cookies, account, database, email service, or server form. Non-personal scenario inputs may appear in the page URL for local reload and the typed Explorer-to-brief handoff.

Requirements briefs are generated locally. A brief-access email is validated only in component memory and is not transmitted or retained when no endpoint is configured. Reloading or leaving the page clears it.

The address is excluded from URLs, browser storage, telemetry, logs, generated filenames, Markdown, and printable output.

Separate consent purposes

Brief access and newsletter updates are separate consent purposes. The brief acknowledgement is required to unlock local export actions. Newsletter intent is optional and unchecked.

The current form sends no confirmation message and creates no subscription. Activating delivery would require a published operator identity, purpose text, first-party handling, withdrawal and unsubscribe controls, and legal review.

No commercial data use

The locally validated email is used only to unlock the requested local export. It is not transmitted or retained while no approved endpoint is configured.
